I appreciate that although my specific issue was not resolved till the 4th visit I was always treated as a valued customer (especially by Raymond in service)
Despite the building works the customer waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. Staff were able to accommodate service around my schedule, even offering the rum me to the station if necessary.

My service was booked in for 2 hrs whilst I waited. The service took 3 hrs to complete. Had I been told it would take that long I would not have waited. After paying a very high bill (even after a loyality discount) I found that the - cont on Q3

See above but it was not clear if it was the dealer or head office that was so resistant to accepting that my system had a fault. Eventually after months, it was agreed that this should be sorted out and the defective component replaced.
The staff are always polite and knowledgeable, the technicians well trained and skilled.

Again I have b m w from other companies and havent been happy with the results and service I have received.but at specialist cars the who experience was so different.

I find the staff there friendly and helpful. Since getting my car back I have found that the 'roof' of the glove box has not been replaced and it was just lying in the glove box. I have not informed Specialist Cars about this yet.
Everything was great enjoyed the free coffee and was able to read a newspaper with out interruptions

I was charged for my MOT even though I had a free voucher that I had handed in when I arrived. It was immediatly taken off

I am fed up with my car coming back from service with all my controls altered - it is not up to any service personnel to alter the radio, seat, dashboard, rear mirror, a n other settings - if they must, they should return them to how they were found.
My car was returned to me with faults that require another visit and more time spent at BMW. Not really acceptable.
Again very efficient and my car was returned by mid afternoon.

I was told it would take one and half hours but took two and half hours missed my lunch. Still happy but the delay was due to them being busy, so was OK. would have given 5.0 if within the time stated.

I used to get my BMWs from Spire, but after poor, after sales care and terrible customer service during maintenance, I decided to come to Specialist cars. Its been fantastic so far, from the day I went in to buy my car and all the service afterward
Very good, though:- Building Work going on at the Service Centre-- My wife cut her finger on the Boot handle of the MINI given as a loan- Would be helpful to have a simple Fact Sheet on the Loan e.g. saying if Petrol or Diesel
Great service, courteous and professional as you would expect. Courtesy car and driver to drop off and pick up from the local train station was very helpful. One star deducted as the service book was not stamped and had a return trip to garage.
Their MOT & service station's reception is under construction, so not currently the most comfortable environment to wait, but the scheduled work was done, and in the specified time frame.

I was under the impression I was to have a brake fluid service - which I did - but when I got my car back, my whole car had been checked over which I did not expect, even the tyre pressures so I left feeling very confident my car was in good order

Coffee isnt great, thats why you got a very and not a completely answer,you could do with having a nespresso machine. The experience in sitting waiting for my car would be rounded off knowing that i had a blend like that.
I feel most my problems/requirements were met however when queried about any further issues like a rattle I dont feel they were dealt with as efficiently
Quoted £200 on website while booking oil change service, was charged £296. Charged £100 for oil that is at least half that price from retailers. That is some serious price gouging. I can see no reason for the discrepancy between quote and price.
Collected, returned and serviced satisfactorily
Service was excellent. My only issue was that my car was not ready to collect When the hire car from Europcar had to be returned. This meant a 1 hour return journey to Stevenage to return the Europcar and collect a curtousy car 1 day before.
Problem resolved in a professional but friendly manner at a reasonable price.
I would have been completely satisfied had I not have to retighten up some bolts under my glovebox which hadnt been tightened up enough by the technician ( rattling vibrating noise when driving).

Staff personable, well informed from point of booking. Person making my booking suggested a courtesy car due to the iSO Fix needing to be done in addition to the service. Slight delay of 30 mins when collecting car, not available at agreed time.

Id put one extra star apart from a warning light still comes on for a few seconds when I start the car and drive away...the image is of a car on a pole.

After giving up-to-date contact information when leaving my car key at the service centre a voicemail was left on an old/incorrect number taken from different source. I therefore had to chase the department to find out what was going on.
You resolved the issue quickly and I received confirmation the car was ok to drive again.

Completly satisfied. I was disappointed that the cost of 2 new tyres was £150 more than the cheapest quote. For convenience, I would've preferred the work to be done by BMW. Unfortunately, there was no room in the price.

To book my car in for a new bmw badge and wait over an hour was ridiculous. A 5 minute job should be just that. If I hadcar gleaned it wouldve been longer!!
The service was efficient and I particularly appreciated the fact that my car was collected and returned to home. Living alone, this service is very helpful.

Raymond was a complete super star, I needed the car fixed by the end of the next day as it was being traded in. Raymond made that happen for me.
Service on car is always completed to agreed time however the courtesy car wash can delay collection of car sometimes .

Very seemless process without the usual elongated negotiation process you experinec with other brands. Due to a slightly longer delivery process due to an issue found with my car at the distribution centre I was given a loan car for Xmas

Anytime I walked into the BMW centre after the sale, I was still looked after. The various staff I had spoken to during the sale came over to speak to me again- just to see how I was getting on.
Our experience was really good. The only downside we had was when I initially applied through the website for a test drive no-one called me back. A new system had been installed. I had to phone a few times to then secure an appointment.
