After giving up-to-date contact information when leaving my car key at the service centre a voicemail was left on an old/incorrect number taken from different source. I therefore had to chase the department to find out what was going on.
You resolved the issue quickly and I received confirmation the car was ok to drive again.
Good all round service from reception to technician
Completly satisfied. I was disappointed that the cost of 2 new tyres was £150 more than the cheapest quote. For convenience, I would've preferred the work to be done by BMW. Unfortunately, there was no room in the price.

Kind and Courteous Staff
Raymond was a complete super star, I needed the car fixed by the end of the next day as it was being traded in. Raymond made that happen for me.
To book my car in for a new bmw badge and wait over an hour was ridiculous. A 5 minute job should be just that. If I hadcar gleaned it wouldve been longer!!
Service on car is always completed to agreed time however the courtesy car wash can delay collection of car sometimes .

In the feedback I asked about the possibility of buying identical replacement tyres. The answer was: " I don't know." Perhaps that answer should have been appended by; " but I'll find out."
I was treated very well & every effort was made to make sure my car was properly repaired. The staff made sure that I was not inconvenienced & replacement cars were made available while mine was off the road.
Uncertain of ethics in pricing and work carried out potentially was fraudulent claiming me to pay when work was not done.
Service prices are competitive, kept informed about any problems, personable staff engagement, extras such as valeting car, transport to/from station and useful waiting facilities
Problem resolved within the day and done under warranty. Only issue I had was not getting a call to tell me what work was being done and when it would be ready.
Slow on dropping off as car hire car was faulty and slow in collection as they were busy or short staffed. Team were excellent just overstretched

We had pre arranged to have a lift to the retail park while the car was being serviced, but when we dropped my car off we had to wait quite a long time for your driver to become available to take us.
Specialist cars are always very helpful and the staff always try to go above and beyond the levels of service expected
Every BMW garage I have been to in the past show no interest in providing exceptional service. People I have met have always been very rude and one almost feel like I am wasting their time but not this time!Thanks!!
I took rather longer than I thought necessary. The replacement part was not fitted properly and I had to fix it myself.

see the first answer ,if this had been my first visit ,not sure I would be back , this however is our third car from specialist cars so we know how good it can be ,
I travel over 40 miles each way to use Specialist Cars. The main reason is the friendliness of staff. You are always made to feel welcome and treated as if you are their priority customer, even during busy periods.
The only comment I would have is around the transport offered from the station which is great, however as a lone woman getting into a car or approaching a car with 2 gentlemen sitting in it without any Specialist cars signage (even a board) is quite
I was offered a replacement car for the day when my car was being serviced but not informed about the £10 insurance charge, which I was forced to pay. By the time I was informed, I had no other option but to pay or pay for a taxi.
Whilst the MOT was okay I still have not received the paperwork which I was promised in the post the next day. I have not had confirmation of when the car will be in for a diagnosed heating problem again told I would be called next day (24.11.17)

Quick and easy to sort out
It would have been 5*, but I needed to come back as some adhesive was not available.
Could have been more if they would have provide actual root cause of why the car is giving only about 2/3rd of the projected mileage.

Poor waiting area for customers with no provision at all for those who want to do some work in peace. No quiet area: children of one customer were belting around on toy carts / buses and making a load of noise for an hour. Business needs provision.

The week before I had a red light come on so booked the car in , after dropping the car off and on my way to work I was told that when BMW had MOT the mechanic forgot to reset the computer. I had taken time off work to drop and paid for a train .
Dropped car off for a quick brake fluid change only to be told it needed an hours worth of work to be done changing filters which was fine then half an hour after being told this My car was still in the car park whilst others were coming in and out
I thought my car required a service but it turned out that the computer required re-setting. I think some companies may have gone ahead and changed for servicing my vehicle

unacceptable waiting time to collect loan car and leave site (around 1.5hrs). poor workman ship carried out during fitting of new parts, and damage caused to my vehicle in the process resulting in the job having to be redone completely
Again i was surpised to see a circle of 5 employees all drinking coffee and had to ask three times if the driver of the X5 was a BMW employee, i eventually got an answer after they realised i wanted an answer. Yes it was an employee. contd below
despite a few days delay trying to email the dealership, I ended up ringing up and speaking to someone, from then, nothing was too much trouble, Cathryn emailed and Graham (I think), phoned me once my car was there and being dealt with.

Phoned through to book a service a week before it was due, upon arrival I was told they had no record of my car being in for a service.But credit to the service team they found a space and I was still able to have my car serviced

Did not reset the tyre settings on computer so assumed had a problem with tyre on leaving the services department and also the length of time it took to get the valet team to complete the cleaning from me being told the car had been serviced 2hrs

As above, I have to make a separate trip now as the vehicle check was not noted. The service warning for service was at 1800 miles and the vehicle check now at 900 so should have been picked up.

Job done ok (as far as I can tell) but really took too long. Booked for a 90min express service, arrived at 8am (booked for 8:30) baut waiting until 11am.

My safety camera was unplugged and not plugged back in at the end of the service. I had an incident the following day and did not have the recording! I complained and was told I would get a call back asap, 6 days later I am still waiting.

I had a smart repair to the front bumper. When I got home I could see slight over spray to the front number plate surround. I removed this rather than take it back which is 10 miles away. I think that more attention to detail is required.

Anytime I walked into the BMW centre after the sale, I was still looked after. The various staff I had spoken to during the sale came over to speak to me again- just to see how I was getting on.
Our experience was really good. The only downside we had was when I initially applied through the website for a test drive no-one called me back. A new system had been installed. I had to phone a few times to then secure an appointment.

Overall, it was very good, but I felt the negotiation process was unnecessarily drawn out; I was left sitting on my own for large periods of time; after agreeing a purchase, I was contacted to say that it was not possible and I had to change my order

Nothing was any trouble the moment I arrived at BMW Stevenage, everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.
I would have preferred a better deal given that I was replacing like with like and it did not reflect what I had been led to believe at the initial purchase.
Fully updated on what was happening and we had as much time as we wanted to discuss the technology and workings of the car when we picked it up.

The new car was delayed due to storms holding up shipping. The dealer provided us with a loan car while we waited and offered excellent service.
We didn't actually go to buy a new car but everything was made so easy and straightforward and Darrin Taylor was very helpful in answering all our questions and looking after every need that we did walk away with a new car!
